I always assumed there was some bullshit regulation or other against taking a flask into the ground? If not then I'm buying one tomorrow!

There probably is TD.However TTOMWF have always got away with it. I suppose it helps to have a big coat with big pockets and to look old and unthreatening. When my mate tells me where his lad has got us tickets this weekend I will let you know where we are so you can have some special Royal Game with port.
