He's playing in their development/U23 squad, not a sniff of the first team though, he's not been in the U23s either last few weeks so not sure if he's been injured. He scored last week against Newcastle in the PL2 cup I noticed in the local paper, and I've just seen he scored today also in a dicking they gave to Colchester so maybe there is a bit of development ..... maybe

I think one of the reasons he's been able to turn Freeman, Coutts and Scougall around is that he's been able to focus on a few bad apples from last year rather than the collective mass of wasters. This would no doubt have been a much tougher task had Wilder not chosen to move a load of them on.

Not our player, but looked promising before injuries and was hyped up as a star without good reason.

As a result had an overinflated opinion of himself so that after injury he believed he was better than he was to the point he genuinely believed he should have been in the first team squad, when quite rightly he did nothing to justify his belief and got the hump when successive managers didn't pander to his titty lip.

went on loan, scored the odd goal but I suspect his attitude and ego got in the way of him progressing and learning. When he should have been keeping his head down, grafting his balls off going over and beyond what was expected as the bare minimum.
It's his own fault, the fault of his family from not keeping him grounded and the fault of managers/club before Clough for pandering to him. He was paid significantly more than kids in his position.

At some point he has to suss out that it's hard graft and a change in attitude he needs to make the most of his talents. But non league and a regular job beckons for him.

There's no hate, just an acknowledgement that he was a bit of a tosser. His attitude was unprofessional and unjustified for a kid who achieved very little. His daft dad didn't help.

So he hasn't been up to a great deal apart from featuring for the Bristol City development squad.

I had just wondered what he had been up to, because i remember at one time there was weekly threads on here on why he behind Chris Porter, Michael Higdon and Connor Sammon in the pecking order, allied with news of his heartfelt tweets of being hard done by a succession of managers.

He was never anything more than a promising youth team player who after a call up to the Italian youth team, allowed his head to get way too big, and he ended up being one of the players who stank the place out with his shit attitude. Still, at least he is an 'Adidas Athlete', Don't think I've ever been more pleased to see United bin off a player, and I'd be shocked if he ever makes a career out of football now.
