Quick visit to the Millenium Gallery for the Made in Sheffield show
Stancil Brewery (pricey but quality and a seat)
Met the MILF my brother knows from work and her superb daughter (if only I'd lost ten years of ale, pies and hair loss)
Saw someone from School who I've not seen since we wore the blue, silver and black school tie of Abbeydale Grange (I forgot his older brother knobbed my first love) 30 years ago
Saw a team at Bramall Lane that grafted despite injuries
Saw a carved out victory from a professional outfit who will go up
Tried the Polish bar opposite where I used to sup Stones in The Royal ( worth a visit and owner watches United)
Sat in The Byron to just sit and listen and have some me time
Up the hill to the Mother in Laws for the best bit of beef in years with a bottle of Barolo
Missus now looking 'interested' (may be Barolo based)

Thank you United for not ruining my perfect day as you had a habit of doing for the last few years. The corner has turned..

And wednesday lost!

And wednesday lost!

I may be odd in this but I genuinely and in all honesty have no interest in the pigs and their results. I can't name one player, their manager or Chairman. I don't talk about them (it is easier I guess living in Kent), am just not bothered about anything to do with them, wouldn't know if they were doing well or badly and they have no bearing on my happy World.

They simply don't exist in my life.
