I think Wilder can be proud of the work done so far.

I'm just so pleased to see the back of McCevely, Hammond, Cuvelier, Flynn and Baxter. Nothing against them as people (well, except maybe Hammond) but they were all perennial failures.

Flynn had his moments, but had injuries and couldn't find consistency. I think he had a decent attitude too, which I'm sot so sure all of our players have over recent seasons, given the performances and the comments that Neill Collins said when he left.

Like I say, I have nothing personally against the players but let's admit:

Flynn tried, but ultimately in the 5 years at the club he managed a good spell for the latter of the 13/14 season and a decent spell at right-back the season after. He had no pace, strength or aggression.

True! I can't argue with that and it was time for him to move on.
