Stick with Wilder and be relegated.

Replace Wilder with almost anyone else and be relegated.

Replace Wilder with Warnock and finish mid table.

If the McCabes can't swallow their pride and get down on their knees and grovel to Neil they don't deserve to be running the club.

Probably true but there is a snowball in hells chance of Warnock and McCabe working together again.

Or Warnock be appointed as Director of Football and help Wilder

Come on....it's not even the end of August.

Reality check....2 really crap performances at home...2 unlucky defeats away from home.

Rest of the transfer window for the owner to show he backs his manager. And likewise for the head of recruitment and Wilder to find the players we need to improve quickly.

Barnsley fans were calling for their man to be sacked at Xmas....bit of patience didn't do them much harm. If we sack another manager we will be an even bigger laughing stock than ever. We are close to being the biggest joke in football as it is, doing a Cellino would seal the deal.

Warnock would be our last, desperate throw of the dice. I don't believe for a second that results will continue to be this poor for Wilder, but if (big if) we have another David Weir-type start, Warnock's the only manager I believe could bring the club forward.

Would he come back? He's 68 and his wife's been ill. He could well turn us down. He doesn't need the money, and in his eyes he's been treated very shoddily by McCabe (who thinks differently). He probably couldn't work with McCabe again.

The appointment may work if one of Kev's sons took over the joint Chairman role from his dad. But it would require Neil's wife (and Warnock himself) to be in decent health. Would he have the energy for another huge challenge at his age?. I dunno. But if Wilder fails (and we are a long way off that yet) there is no better manager to take us out of this league.

If Warnock did take over next summer, I'd expect 25k for the first game. But I still believe we're looking at top 6 minimum with Wilder this season.

Sorry mate, I don't think Warnock would have that kind of effect on gates. And I don't think he has any interest in coming back to us.

Never go back is what I keep seeing, and it's the best policy here.

Warnock is not our answer unfortunately .

Wilder is , but

Is the bloke out of his depth .

Is the bloke struggling with man management skills .

Do the goal posts keep moving for him by the board .

The players are fucking this up . Senior players have to stand up and be counted .

Let's see who still goes out and who comes in ... Last thing we need is for Wilder to call it a day IMO.

I think where he says "replace Wilder with almost anyone else and be relegated " indictes like most that he thinks Wilder isn't the problem.

We need to stop changing the manager every time we don't get instant success. Since Warnock we have only had 2 bad managers; Weir and Robson.
Some haven't played good football, some wouldn't allow interference with their position and some were unlucky but good managers do not turn bad.
