There are two issues with our club at the moment. The chairman and the manager.

Wilder has stated that he wants to play a high tempo pressing game. He played pre-season with one upfront.

Roll on the season. After getting the width of the pitch reduced (and absolute joke) he has signed players (duffy, Clarke) who are not physically able to play a pressing game.

He has abandoned the obvious 4-2-3-1 which he played all pre-season in favour of 4-4-2. On a narrow pitch. Without two wingers who can play as wingers. He's not sorted out the obvious issues (GK, CB, CM, pacey CF) Where is this pressing game? 25 minutes her or there is not a pressing game.

H's signed some good players but more who are obviously either not suited or not able to play his game. His marquee signing (Fleck) is pointless because now we're hoofing the ball over his head (Leon Britton anyone?).

He's playing a striking partnership which clearly will never work. You don't need any footballing experince to know this

Wilder has been shocking to a level where even the Bladey Blades are beginning to question the appointment after only 3 league games.

Now, he's obviously trying to sign players but is being prevented by the Chairman. Take Grant. If the £9k wages is right (and it sounds likely) why would anyone thing a club in a higher division are going to let their reserve keeper go for anything less than paying full wages?

Our 'beloved' chairman appears to be cutting the wage bill to such an extent that it's making it untenable for the manager. We've made a large profit in terms of transfers, whilst spending much of it paying off people.

Wilder has largely his own players (unlike Adkins) yet the players not wanted at the club still keep filling the bench. Why is that?

It has been so bad that a manager is approaching the area of sacking threads after just 3 games. A manager who, whether you wanted him or not, earned a lot of credibility in the way he went about getting rid of people.

We're in a position again where it looks like, from the early signs, that it's going to be another long season. Personally, being poor has become the norm. Watching idiotic hoofball, when the team can't play it, is beyond the pale.

We're being outbid by clubs you would never have even considered to be competitors for a signature two years ago.

The apparent plan has not been followed. I, for one, don't believe that Wilder is a stupid person. Which means that he's been prevented in bringing the players in he wants to. That can only be due to our 'beloved' chairman.

Our chairman has to go. Regardless of his intentions he talks a huge pile of bollocks and then blames everyone else for his failings. He may have kept this club going but he's the cancer which is destroying this club. It's irrelevant who we have as a manager under his reign.

We have a head scout with a great record but I'm seeing no evidence of his influence. I'm sure he has a large list of potential signing. Why are we then signing crap?

Our chairman may have kept the club afloat but I see relegation being more likely before promotion.

I'm all for controlling transfers and fees/wages but there has to be a balance. To talk a load of shit about investment when we go up (laughable) is just an excuse for not wanting to spend any money. It's always on the cheap with this club. It's always desperation.

I'm fed up with it. The only consolation I have is that I didn't buy a season ticket so can stop going if our current path continues. There seems to be no long term or short term plan. We're at the worst level since we got relegated to the bottom tier.

Breaking new ground with that one.
