We clearly won't be getting anyone in now as any players That were coming here will think sod that after the last week.

I guess we should now be aiming for players for the relegation scrap we are now in and the League 2 rebuild job in the summer.

Fuck me - I thought this was about an incoming goalkeeper o_O

I thought No One was short for Number One

How foolish do I feel right now?

Bad results might put off certain players and if that's the case then we are better off without them.

Somewhere out there are players who are affordable, capable of improving us and performing under extreme pressure. His recent form has been crap but look at Brayford's loan spell, he came when we were in a hole and was largely responsible for turning us round and re-energising a deflated fan base.

Just a couple of signings could help to turn this around quickly.

Can you see us been proactive though?

It's all set up for the last day 'we had bids in' 'we tried hard' 'over the line' etc

This morning we should have bought 3 players with the Che money - told Long, Basham and Brayford to fuckoff and i would have felt much better.

Brayford and Coady.
Phillips and Clarke.

Difference being we had a core of far better players already, and were only at the beginning of the road to basket caseness.

They are hanging on hoping Hull can sell Maguire on the last day to pick up some cash for the black hole.

Completely agree with you there, that is what should have happened but.....
