Alright, as a blade who has returned from Exile recently, I've just been down the Lane to buy a couple of tickets for our game tomorrow night. Before I went down it said on the website you get 150 loyalty points.

How does this work, do you need to be a member to get them or do they go against your name and address?

Had a look on the website but it's pretty useless at explaining the whole process, can anyone shed some light?

Cheers

As far as I know (i.e. unless someone has changed it and not communicated it) you have to be a member to use the loyalty points system. Once you are, you buy your tickets using your customer number and they accumulate moving you up the priority queue.

Then to continue using and accumulating points next season, you have to continue to be a member/season ticket holder.

I would have thought they would still accumulate to your customer number even if you're not a member? Obviously you need to be a member/STH to make use of them. Will check the old man's account when I get home as he should have some from Wigan away last season

Sorry... yes. I think the confusion came about because you have to be a member to buy away tickets (allegedly).

So, if you're not a member but buy online via your customer number you don't get loyalty points?
Not that Bert's too bothered.....

The membership is an annual renewable scheme.

If you don't renew, you keep your points but can't utilise them to buy tickets
