Not correct. See my post above. We also scored first vs Barnsley and drew 1-1 and lost 2-4 to Shrewsbury, having been one up. We took 57 points out of a possible 66 when we scored the first goal (18 W, 3 D, 1 L).

All part and parcel of why the fans saw the players as lazy and useless.

Just to add some Bergen style analysis, I'm convinced another factor in that perception was the players lazyness and uselessness.

.....after scoring first! Now that is shocking. I'm glad we have a manager who wants to play at a high tempo and get in their faces. I couldn't stand another season of us sitting back after scoring and waiting for the inevitable to happen.
