not sure if he supported us or not but gordon banks is from sheffield

Shutty is defo a Blade, remember talking to him and his dad in the Cross Keys in the early '90s, confirmed he was a Blade but never liked to shout about it when he was at the sty for obvious reasons.

Cristiano Ronaldo. Met him in Portugal at a VIP event when Robson was in charge. Kept calling him a cunt and saying he was sick of his boring interviews. Sometimes goes in the railway too.

Calls himself Chris Ronaldson though, doesn't like to draw attention to himself that one....

Banks was from Tinsley. I read his autobiography, he didn't seem to support any team as such but picked matches at United, Wednesday and Rotherham depending on opposition.
Am I right that he mentioned that was an admirer of Ted Burgin and Dave McIntosh (Wendy's keeper)? Or was that Bob Wilson who lived in Chesterfield?

Cristiano Ronaldo is actually good friends with Jose Semedo so he'd probably side with Wednesday.

Nah, definitely a Blade. Why else do you think he hoofed that chance under the bar from virtually on the goal line? He just couldn't bring himself to score against United at BDTBL. You'll notice he hasn't even been close to scoring there since...eh...no you know why!!!

I read it sometime ago so cant remember to be honest. I just remember him saying he would catch the bus to the matches from Tinsley. Got the impression the guy just loved football rather than any team.

Born and bred Wednesdayite,

I was gonna say, who's ever thought that fat pig supported us?! I know someone who knows him and he's definitely a Wendy, despite being from the Maonr.

Micky Adams obviously and Steve Parkin the ex Barnsley manager supports us.

David Herbert pig centre forward was a blade, same time as Steve ludlam joined us on schoolboy terms, who was a pig supporter.
Both came from Carter lodge school hackenthorpe, where I also went, albeit a bit younger than me.
