They will have money left from the sale of Connor Washington and they will most likely sell someone else like bostwick who will bring in money . Granted we may have the bigger wage bill but United over the past thew years have gone for thee cheap options and getting free agents. . Mceveley, turner , Woolford , McGahey are all examples

If Ryan Tafazoli has an agent (they all have agents) he will be playing Posh and us off. He will be out for the biggest wage and sign on fee he can (obvious I know). My point is we just have to wait and see if he signs. My worry is if he does sign that he's more of a McGahey than a Tri Dallas. Obviously if he ends up closer to a Tri Dallas I will be over the moon. At least he has had loads of games (experience) so is less of a risk.

Although I'm a strong believer in finances playing the biggest part in player signings, I cant imagine there will be much in it between us and posh. I think other considerations may come more into play, ground, infrastructure, potential etc

Just to point out that McGahey wasn't free as such, because of his age, Blackpool got a fee. no idea how much it was though.

I'm confident Peterborough's wage ceiling won't be higher than ours. I think Tafazolli will get a decent wage though with him being a free agent.

Tri Dellas was a brilliant sweeper but not really a good centre back. Not many clubs in England played the sweeper system like Greece did in 2004. For us, Tri played more often in midfield than at CB

Where have I spoke highly of magic mike? I dont know him from Adam, he claims to have an inside track at the club and has got a couple of things right.

Calling someone a bullshitter is hardly laying into them is it? Well, certainly wasnt when I was a lad at school......
