Ignoring the Hammond gossip, if the rumours of Flynn, Edgar, Long and McGahey are true, I don't think many have an issue with the latter two. In regards to Flynn and Edgar, I can understand why people want to see them move on and us start fresh, however would you do that not knowing if better replacements are available.

For example, if I was Wilder and I could get Ryan Kent on loan from Liverpool then I would probably let Flynn go. Before anyone mentions no loans, I don't think young players like Kent, Kiyomwya were what McCabe had in mind when he said no more loans because they won't cost much. It's the loans such as Sammon, Edgar and Hammond which are a thing of the past.

For the record I can see why he would keep or get rid of either of them, and have no issue either way.

Not sure, possibility I suppose.

He's also from Ontario so a move back there may appeal. He'd probably do fairly well for them is have thought, and may help him get back in Canada's starting XI.

He is from the north east but grew up in Ontario, aged about 12 I think, to 18, something like that, came back and lived with his Gran up north

Says where we're at when we're debating the merits of signing the Millers rejects! OK here goes then! Ledesma if fit might be useful but he's only played 5 times this season. Becchio no thanks, too injury prone now. Paul Green for one season could do a job. I reckon our fans would take to him. Would rather a younger alternative though. Kenny? No thanks, not forgotten the way he left us, and I'd much rather Colin Doyle from Blackpool, for a pound!

I don't think they can actually sign until the end of the season, unlike when you can sign someone from Scotland for the next season in January.

Not saying they haven't agreed to sign, but both sides still have chance to change their mind.

Any player whose contract expire in the summer can sign a pre-contract as early as in January. See "pre-contracts" in link below

If I were Long I'd go to WBA and get loaned out for a year on much better wages
Flynn is a good fit for Coventry and would fit in well to their style of play. Same goes for Scougs
It would make sense for Edgar to go to Toronto. They may even let him play is CM where he wants to play.
