I'm not disputing it but what exactly are the laws in Saudi Arabia for Government Ministers?
Don't leave the country? Don't go to or even watch football matches? Don't have any interests outside politics?
Don't talk to the press about anything other than politics?

What "law" is it that prevents him popping over to England once a year for a League Cup Semi Final match (for example).
I understand he might be too busy to do that but it seems harsh if there is really a "law" against it?

he is a Saudi Arabia Government Ministers which means his whereabouts are closely guarded secret he has been to games they just don't publicize also would not look good for the Ministers of sport to be talking about a football team from another country
