Fan Experience Survey 2013 – 2014

As part of our ongoing dialogue with Sheffield United and the Supporters Liaison Officer, we regularly collect and pass on feedback to the club as well as collating responses and updates to questions, concerns, suggestions or anything else you may encounter as a supporter of the club.

As the season is nearing an end, we thought we’d actively seek further feedback via the form of an online survey, aimed at supporters of Sheffield United, regarding their experiences during the 2013/2014 League One season.

In order to give the fans’ perspective on how you think Sheffield United did “off-the-field” during the 2013-14 season and share suggestions or ideas on how to improve next season, we would be pleased if you could spare 10-15 minutes of your time to fill in this short survey about the service you have received at Sheffield United.

This is an independent survey, created by, and all responses will remain anonymous.

The areas covered are ticketing, communication and match day experience and the results will be shared with the Club at the next SLO meeting. Therefore, this survey will remain open until 4pm on 8th May.
