A few questions if you could help me....

1) Can away fans buy tickets on the day? (including student tickets)
2) Any good away fan pubs near the ground?
3) Best way to get from train station to the ground

Cheers

1) as i understand it there will be tickets available on the day for the away end
2) Their were chelsea fans drinking in the Standard at the bottom end near the kop last home game so you should be OK in there.
3) follow the red and white shirts!

So I assume the ground is near the station?
Also is it advisable to openly wear a BWFC shirt or will I get battered?

you wont get battered wearing your shirt.
and the station is about a mile away, but there will be a constant stream of shirts going towards games, you will also see mounted police in the area as soon as you come out of train station

If the police think there'll be any trouble, you'll be escorted from the station anyway. There are sign posts I think but you come out of the station, go down the road to the left of the Showroom cinema and you'll go past the BBC Sheffield building. Carry on along this road (Shoreham Street) and you'll eventually come to the ground.

Asking a copper would be the best bet of where to find a boozer as they're usually informed as to which ones are allowing away fans in on that particular day. Can't say there's been any trouble with Bolton fans in recent years so no, you won't get battered :) What kind of reputation have we got?!?!

For more information which you may or may not find useful can be found on our site HERE.

Enjoy your trip to Sheffield.

We also apologise unreservedly in advance for the "band" which is going to grace our pitch at half time - I don't know where they drag these acts up but I really wish they wouldn't bother.

Well we'll try to drown 'em out with singing. How do you lads think the match'll turn out tomorrow? I see it either beng us getting our act together and putting a few past ya, or carrying on playing like we have recently and getting beat. Hopefully Nobby will be back which should help....we've lost all 3 games since his suspension

Well us Blades will hopefully have drawn some confidence from Saturday's away win at St James' and go for more of the same. Despite results often going against us, we haven't been playing that badly but NW has said he isn't going to underestimate your boys.

There should be a decent home crowd tomorrow anyway with the tickets being sold in a package for the visit of your Lancashire neighbours Man U next Saturday.

i think the blades will be full of confidence from the win at newcastle and i do belive that bolton's lost there last 2 games... obviously i hope united win but i would be happy with a draw and i really enjoy watchin bolton play so let's hope its a good game AND NO SHITTI REFEREES'!!!
