For all those not travelling for the 2nd leg, it would be good to be able to see them on the box

And for all the exiles and Sky-less, we'll be covering it on Twitter as usual.

I think there was some talk of arranging coaches by the club to try and get as many people there as possible.

EDIT: As for the Sky fixtures, I can't see any mention of it, not even TBC: http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12942,00.html

I'd imagine it'd be on MUTV so "available" to watch via various nefarious means...

From thefa.com

Fixtures
20/05/2011 FA Youth Cup Sheffield United FC v Manchester United FC
25/05/2011 FA Youth Cup Manchester United FC v Sheffield United FC

Think they're both 7pm kick offs

I hope that is SS1 as I don't subscribe to the full SS package.

For all those not travelling for the 2nd leg, it would be good to be able to see them on the box

They're already showing matches on SS1 on the 20th and 25th, so it will be on a different channel if at all.
I've only got SS1 also but I'll be upgrading in order to watch the second leg if it's on.
Looks like I'm going to miss the First Leg completely as I'm supposed to be going on a Stag night. Bugger!

Wahay, I'm back off holiday and can get to both legs. (Any innuendo there Linz............)

I wouldn't put them dates in your diary just yet, they always seem to change on the FA site. I'd wait until United or the other one announce them.

Will that bunch do the same niggly off-the-ball crap, leaving feet in tackles and following through to make sure they take the player out if they miss the ball that they did in the milk cup a couple of years back? They're trained to cheat (sorry, use 'gamesmanship') from an early age, so our lot need to watch it.

Pointer to a live stream would be much appreciated when its on.

After reading the FA's report on the cheat's game, I felt inclined to send off this little missive. I sent it to the contact email for discrimination, seeing as you have to register to send a message to the customer relations.

Can I ask that, when writing any reports or build up to the FA Youth Cup Final, you remind your writers that there are TWO Uniteds in the final.
Refering to 'United' should be avoided. That is unless you consistently refer to the Original United as that.

Sheffield United was formed half a century before Newton Heath changed their name, albeit not as a football club until 15 or so years before. The FA seem to try & sweep the roots of football under the carpet. There didn't seem to be any FA representation at the Sheffield FC 150 year celebrations, just FIFA, despite the FA being an offshoot of Sheffield Club.
And don't forget the 1st leg is being played at the oldest ground in the world still in use for professional football, also over 150 years old. The standard of play there this season wouldn't have been out of place 150 years ago. ;-)

Excellent effort Kendall. Alas, I fear it will be wasted on those useless tw@ts at The FA e.g David Gill (Manchester United Chief Executive)

Just had word from a little dicky bird at SUFC that those dates are not yet confirmed.

Sheffield United are still waiting to receive confirmation from Manchester United as to when they will be available. However, this isn't through want of trying at the Bramall Lane end.

As soon as they have news, they'll let everyone know.

Bastard, Just checked on here for dates and its Junior football presentation night.
