Talking of deluded pigs, Did anyone see smegson on the football league show last night?
He said that Wednesday were the best team in the country at set pieces. Also took full credit for the dead monkees good start.

When you've built an entire side specifically for set pieces, that's a valid claim. I can't imagine that Megson's training sessions concentrated on anything other than set pieces; how much better can players get at hoofing?

Exactly Jones has only ever got Wolves promoted (true against us) and since then kept missing out with Cardiff.

Correct me if I am wrong there.

He actually got Stockport promoted to the old First Division (Championship).
Looking at his record though it is better than you suggest, but there is a pattern. He got Wolves promoted with a tremendous run of 2 defeats in 20, so history could repeat itself, but there again when in a strong position his teams do appear to suddenly collapse so it's hard to call.

If Wednesday were where Charlton are they might just conceivably blow up, but when chasing there is every chanve he may make it.
