As the season of goodwill draws near it is time to think of those gifts you may buy for your Sheffield Wednesday mates.
Obviously at the moment one of the most appropriate gifts would be anything with a James Bond theme to coincide as Sitters so eloquently put it the premiere of "Styfall", premiering in S6 this week.
So that means 007 (Win 0, Draw 0, Lost 7). Any 007 T-shirt would be a great gift.
For the older Piggy, with an interest in Westerns, Yul Brynner or Steve McQueen it has got to be the Magnificent Seven or any of the sequels Return of the Seven, Guns of the Magnificent Seven and the last, The Magnificent Seven Ride featuring that last minute shoot out against Bristol.
For the youngest of the grunters there is always the childrens classicSnow White Dave Jones and the seven dwarfs defeats. And not to be churlish you can always join in with
“Hi –ho, you’re low its to League One you go” to get into the spirit. You just don't want to be seen as a Scrooge.
For the more sophisticated porker and picking up on the Strictly Come Dancing phenomenon there is always the DVD Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.
And finally because it is the season to be merry, you can’t have a party without a drink, and you don’t want to condone drinking and driving do you, so what more appropriate present than a case of 24 cans of 7-Up!
Merry Christmas UTB!
