Not at all. If, in BM's opinion, he had nothing more to give, and had reached the pinnacle of his career, then he did have no more potential. It's his opinion.

I respect each and every person's opinion. But when a claim is made I suggest they get the correct terminology that is required. I have given the CORRECT definition of the word "potential" if you wish to dispute said definition then so be it, but it isn't advisable.

Or perhaps I should work full time to stop me drinking in afternoons. I suggest both options as being viable.

There is an issue with how people use the English language at times.

No one can have a problem with an opinion.

When statements are made it's different.

When someone says Wright "can't play" they are clearly wrong.

His record at a top level proves otherwise.

If they say "I think he's crap now" that's fair enough.

Debate on forums is good but use the language in the right way and everyone will understand.

Well having seen him play on many occasions i only recall one decent game and that was when he played in the cup against Villa.

that were the game he played as a centre half.
