Proper random one, but someone maybe to keep tabs on

21 year old left-footed dutch u21 who plays on the left side of a back 3 or CM for Basel, has been turning out in the Europa conference league. A pretty big lad at 6’3, needs experience in a better league and needs bulking up to play in England but he’s apparently decent in the air and a bit of a shithouse

Don’t come here boasting about your Champions Manager Regens!

Lettuce hope we're keeping an eye on him. Looks the mustard.

Might take him a while to ketchup to speed with the English game.

Does he know where the onion bag is? Has he got pace to bun?

I'll be cheesed off if we're not keeping tabs on this lad.

Ahead of your time, mate!

He went through Brewster a couple of times at the end of last season so he gets my vote.

Stoke were absolutely horrendous last year, only one who looked anything like was the keeper in the home game. The fact 5/6 teams somehow finished below shows how poor the division was. So if the links are true then it is a bit underwhelming.

Ain’t he just a lump

Definitely not a lump. Can be frustrating, can be inconsistent.. you'll get wildly varying opinions from Stoke fans but I really like him. Big presence, calm on the ball, skillful, good passing range. Has zip and bite to his game and can dictate matches when on form.

As pointed out above it's been hard for anyone to really impress in our team but he's still young and I think he has all the tools to become a top player in the right team.

Sounds a bit like Sander Berge for us.
