It said on radio pig this morning that Weir had questioned whether he had got it wrong on the style but was sticking with it. Stubborn beyond belief!!

That was piss poor "journalism" by Walker - Walker asked him had he questioned his style and DW said "yes, for two minutes".

To be honest, didn't we (just about) all think Weir was the best option?

By the time the appointment was made we had trawled the depths of the murky manager's pond that McC's continued mis -management had left us able to shop in so yes, many were happy - but only because the options were mainly dross.

You can't blame Weir for taking the job( we all know where that buck stops) but, as I questioned at the time( on another forum) was it right to expect a rookie manager to manage the expectations and pressure of running one of the biggest clubs in the 3rd division?

You reap what you sow- and we've been sewn up again
