Edgar was a decent player I thought. That's why I've not included him. Definitely our best centre half last year not that it was difficult.David Edgar probably would've been quite a bit better had he not had Collins and McEvely at his side. He wasn't particularly good by any means, but I think that was a factor.
He was shitLet's have it reight, lads. Collins was part of the back 4 that had that run of 9 (possibly 10?) clean sheets in Clough's first season. That was a club record, was it not? Shouldn't even be on't list.
People forget that up to Spurs away ,McEveley was quite good. Magahey never was.
He was shit
Alcock's brief stint?

Got to say that, although he wasn't the worst, Edgar's rightly on the list. Soft as shit - and representative of just how soft our underbelly had become during the Division Three years, up until this last season.
What a contrast with what we've got now.
Relegated when he was at the club, couldn't get out of league one whilst he was here.Collins, considering he was part of the pathetic Championship squad that got relegated.
He was on a par with Nyron Nosworthy, absolutelty dire. That McCarthy fella we had on loan from Palace was atrocious.
