Doubt it but Southgate should have had scouts watching THE WILDER WAY.Looks like he has modelled his style the same way but as Eric Morecombe once said "I am playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order" Just heard Gashley Young is down to start on Monday just count how many times he puts his foot on the ball and lays it back. Last England match he played he had 22 touches. 19 times he laid it back and jogged down the line , only 3 forward passes of which one went to a defender . Definitely not the Wilder way ..Oh well England to disappoint yet again.

See your point, but I don’t think the form of Ashley Young is in any way relevant to our chances. If Dele Ali and Kane play well we’ll do alright, if not we won’t really.
