THe division is very tight on points ,and I reckon it will be all season

I agree totally and expect teams to be taking points off one another on a regular basis.

So, does any one expect a Wolves this season?

I didn't fancy West Brom to do too well before the season. I just thought they'd have a hangover from last season, but they look like they could do a Wolves to me now. They seem to be scoring plenty and look dangerous.

A Derby, Boro or Leeds will have a good month or 2 and look to pull away but i think this division is going to be closer than ever.
We say it every year but I'm calling it now, it's going to be a huge January for us.

West Brom look excellent from what I have seen so far, but it’s going to be very interesting this season, 10 big sides all beating each other, wide open
After 6 years in division 1 this is all very exciting

Really interesting to compare last season's table after 9 games, which you can see here https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41297178 (even if you don't care about last year's table, go on treat yourself click on the link anyway for a reminder of how our ninth game finished:)).

We were fourth at the time with 18 points, 2 points off the top spot. There were 3 other teams within 3 points of us.

This year we're fourth again with 16 points, again 2 points off the top spot, but this time there are TEN teams within 3 points of us! It is incredibly tight and could go anywhere from here - there are even two teams in the bottom half of the table (AV & Swans) who could be in playoffs after their next game. And this is with the clear favourites to win the title are nowhere to be seen.

Note that Leeds were also top after 9 games last season, with more points that they've got now, so on that basis I'll be backing them for relegation :D

No Boro are too negative ,Leeds will get found out ,Stoke and WBA have the players but not the management ,Derby have Lampard. The top 6 will change constantly and you just have to stay in the top half of the league to be in with a shout. Swansea and Villa will be thereabouts too but no one will pull away. Anyone who finishes above Brentford will go up in my opinion.

Wolves fan here, have to agree with that assessment although I think Brentford will fade into a top 6 club rather than top 2. Albion and Stoke have the best squads, but Albion's manager is still a novice and Stoke are a tactical mess at the moment. I don't see any stand out teams this season.

Wolves had some top qualty players last season, but the main strength was having a smart manager with a settled team and a defined style of play. Same formation for 46 games, same team pretty much every week. 6 games in the Premier this season, 6 games unchanged with the same formation.

You need to be lucky with injuries of course as I know Coutts was a big loss last season, but Wilder strikes me as pretty smart as managers go and Blades have more of a team ethos than most other teams up there. Looks like 6 places up for grabs this season. Good luck again.
