Double page spread today going on about the planned protest for Ched. No suggestion that it might just be a few misguided fans, it was almost as if it had already happened. Do you think they'll apologise? No, me neither.

Said the same at the match.

No they won't......a terrible paper that hates places like Sheffield.

Not a chance in the slightest.

i think it was probably down to the thickos not being able to count backwards from 45 :D

i think we should email the mail en masse and demand an apology

What? The Daily Nazi in middle England wind up shocker?

They also did a particularly hateful 'muslim necrophilia' piece on Friday. Utter filth.

Tried leaving a comment but there's a footnote saying that comments can't be left for legal reasons. So it's ok to slag us off but not ok for us to have a right of reply - very democratic!!

What was this? I missed the article which has now mystically disappeared from the website?

Are you now going to sack Paul Bracchi, assuming he has not drowned in the gutter in today’s rain, or is this the standard of near defamatory drivel your to which your paper aspires?

So the question - did anyone start singing his name at those specific times? I didnt hear anything from the television, plus if anything I bet it would have been a small minority. The DM is a total disgrace and the reporter should be sacked.

The Daily Mail is one of a plethora of media outlets who's sole purpose is to keep it's demographic in a perpetual state of outrage. My father in law reads it everyday and he's a complete twat.

not a peep, thankfully

Not at those specific times no. There was one attempt on the Kop for a 'Super Ched' chant at another point of the 1st half. But it was a small minority at the back attempting that.

Nothing came through on tv. Bush reporting from a reporter trying to stir things up a disgrace for the editor to allow this kind of trashy article.

If you want to know just how crap the mail is, try subscribing to 'tabloid watch' RSS feed. A catalogue of the daily diet of bullying, lies misrepresentation and laughable inaccuracy from this 'newspaper'.

A headline in the 1930s of "Hurrah for the blackshirts" tells you all you need to know about this rag.

Apart from when they had it in for the shammers, that is ;)

Not a Mail reader so didn't see the article. Tried to find it on Mail Online. Failed, but found it on another site (not Blades/football related). Just emailed Daily Mail to check it's genuine. Sorry, not doubting OP etc, but thought it might be wise before I email the Mail (I don't care that they won't care etc etc) . As gutted as I am after today's game, it's hit a nerve like no poster on here could ever do

I didn't hear any applause or chanting at the back of the Kop.

Daily Mail's terrible anyway. I loved Ian Brown's response to them at the Stone Roses press conference - 'what's it feel like working for a newspaper that used to support Adolf Hitler?'

The papers were out of order, and there should be taken to court.

As expected, neither an apology nor mention of it in today's paper. Disgraceful.

I heard about this yesterday but have only just read it.
What a cheap, vile, grubby bit of journalism.
They dont report all the people against the support(whatever we think of the juries decision) but the one person on Bladesmad who suggested it(who as a moderater should of known better).

But thats the world we live in- Outrage at the slightest thing, perpetuated by people wanting to make money out of other peoples misery.

Daily Mail = C~~TS

I'm off to buy the Express-to see the latest on Princess Di

Never believe anything in that paper, only publish articles to simulate sales.
