Only just found out he's at Lens this season after leaving Reims.

Looks like Lens will be finishing between 7th & 10th.
They finished 7th last season so no progression for him/them.

Anybody know if he's still the next "big thing"?

Has he sorted out his coaching badges now?

Very interesting approach, feels like a more techy take on those massive dossiers Bielsa used to prepare for every game at Leeds. I do wonder if you need a certain type of player to get fully on board with it.

Any club taking him on would need to have enough patience to let his methods embed. That includes the fans too

We're probably in a far better position to do something like this than we've ever been. Compare it to when Slav came in and there just wasn't the players to play how we wanted, nor the resource available to get them in either. I'd like to think, provided we could weather the Champ financially for a year or two more, someone could come in an implement a style of play for the long-term. We've probably also got the best squad in terms of adapatable footballers we've had for many a year.

Suggested him a while ago, think he'd be a very good option to look at in the close season.. If we're serious about taking a more data driven, modern approach.
