He did a fabulous job bringing us up out of the doldrums we were languishing in. But his greatest failure will be not leaving us with the legacy he so often talked about.

The Wilder Years will be looked on with fondness in the years to come. Great memories. Except this season. We can forgive him that. But at the end he looked like he wanted to go. We have to draw a line under it now and move on. Football doesn't stand still. The Prince is still getting loads of grief on social media. It doesn't help. It's pointless. The club is more important.

We had 4 spectacular years. The best I've ever seen. But we're now utterly in the shit, and he has to shoulder a good chunk of the blame for it. His transfer dealings since we came up were poor, and he didn't seem to have any sort of Plan B when it started to go to shit.

Above all I just think it's really sad. From the delerium of promotion, the parties, the beers, the town hall...to where we are now in under 2 years. It's such a fucking shame. I don't want to shit-sling to be honest. It just makes me sad.
