When our Chrissie has finished the job with us. He’ll have his pick of big jobs and West Ham won’t be amongst them......TwatsI think Merse is one of Wilders biggest fans. He's always saying a team should be after Wilder, be it West Ham or even Arsenal.
Genuinely think Wilder would laugh them out his office. Why would anyone leave a club where they have full control to do as they please, a great feel good factor and creating a legacy, to become another forgotten name in West Ham's mundane recent history?

The job I would worry about him being offered and probably take would be the England one, Southgate doing well and long may it continue but if Wilder keeps going for the next two and a half years in the premier league and the job became available (which it obviously will do) he will tick most of the boxes and as proud of him as we all would be it is the one I think he would, obviously, have to accept.

Past her best. Starting to look like a fat-titted Fraggle. What about Lady Brassy though?
I highly doubt he would go to West Ham where the transfers are taken out of his hands. It's also worth noting that from the outside looking in, Wilder has achieved nothing at the top level yet. We have had a gold start but that is all. Many clubs will worry he's merely "flavour of the month" and a huge unproven risk. I imagine for the majority of West Ham fans (or Everton/Spurs fans), Wilder will be way down their next manager wishlist
Chris is not nice talking Enough to get the England job.
When Southgate steps down after the next World Cup I fully expect Lampard to be offered the job,
Tin hat time, but aren't Dyche and Howe a couple of years ahead of him in terms of that criteria? We all know how good he is, but until we're either established in the PL and/or win a cup then realistically, those guys are a proven commodity whereas Tufty is flavour of the month.
Factor in the hysteria around Lampard and Gerard when the England job comes up - and I honestly don't see Tufty as even close.
If I were Lampard, I might consider that a step down, at least at this stage in his career.
In terms of style of play, Dyche is nowhere near a good fit for England, at least IMO.
I doubt he gives a toss about England to be honest, probably England cricket more than football.
Plus he probably despises the nicey nicey cuddles and no blame culture, and the rewarding of mediocrity which is pretty much expected of any England manager.
He'd give the entire set up a reyt boot up the arse, which is why they'd never give it him.
Haha, Paul Meson. Blows bubbles out of his arse and strings them together to make seemingly coherent sentences. Bless him. He has a version of the dictionary all of his ownThis one will get y'all riled up. https://foreverwestham.com/2019/11/...conversation-if-west-ham-sack-pellegrini/amp/
Maybe not, but has taken Burnley into Europe - which on the face of it, is a massive achievement in its own right...
He has ambitions of managing England.

If CW is still in contention in two and a half years time then we’ll have had a couple of very good seasons. We’ll be in a position to attract a very good replacement. Not saying it's not an achievement, but I dont think it will be enough to land him the England job.
Southgate has done a good job in terms of managing the press and freshening up the squad. From a tactical point of view, I think he's done well to get them playing a bit more aggressively, with a higher tempo but I don't think he quite has enough in his locker to win a tournament, when playing better teams.
I think, after Southgate, we need to build on his progress, rather than tearing it up and starting again, like normal. I'm not sure who that will be, but if I had to pick today, I'd say Wilder, Rodgers and possibly Howe would all have to be in the conversation.
