That's a strange opinion! Wilder has got more football management experience than most, starting at grass roots level and coming up through non league. He's got Oxford promoted back into the league from non league, he's got Northampton promoted from League 2 to League 1 under dire financial circumstances and he's got Sheffield United promoted at the first time of asking from League 1 to the Championship. How can you describe him as having no experience and almost unknown? Bizarre!
Has it not occurred to you that his achievements are significant and he is already being seen as one of the best English managers in the football league?
Not bizarre at all. He's not fucking fashionable and he's not foreign and he's not managed a club abroad that has won or nearly won owt, nor has he managed in the Premier and he's not an international. He is therefore, according to Prem clubs and fans, a non entity, a numpty, a waste of space, a gamble, a stick to beat the owners with etc. etc. etc. Get us up or bloody close and then see his stock rise.
Why doesn't that fat fuck gobshite shut the fuck up. He Beverly has anything of substance to say, then comes out with this.Wilder was recommended to Palace by Allardyce: http://www.croydonadvertiser.co.uk/...ystal-palace/story-30357545-detail/story.html
Can I just sey- He doesn't support Palace. He's one of our own.
There is nothing Premier League about Palace apart from their current league status. Why doesn't that fat fuck gobshite shut the fuck up. He Beverly has anything of substance to say, then comes out with this.
With the appointment of Woy and the consideration of Allardyce, Parrish wouldn't know a good manager if one kicked him in the balls.
Fear not re. CW. He's a canny lad and is in his dream job. If he moved and it didn't work out it would damage his fabulous managerial reputation. He's going nowhere. But isn't it good that - at last - we've got a manager that other teams covet? Imagine if we had Carvalhal.![]()
He's right, generally, about extortionate prices to watch toilet football. One of the blokes who sits in my office has just been going on about how Carlos must be wanted by Palace, I asked him why and got the response "well he's one of the best managers in the Championship".
I then asked about Saturdays performance, I said they looked much better this week, he didn't go to the game though so he couldn't tell me, he was at a retail park in York, he's not been this season because they've not been playing very well and he doesn't want to pay extortionate prices for mediocre football.
You couldn't make it up!
