I apologise for starting this thread, was just wanting to hear others thoughts on the wingers being on the proper side instead it got turned into something unreal, foxy you should remove it
It’s not your fault that you accidentally triggered an off-topic Muppet fest from the usual suspects. This forum has become embarrassing. It’s pretty much impossible to have a sensible, balanced and interesting discussion about anything.

It was a valid point that you raised with your opening post.
At times it is so painful to watch, get the ball out wide but then fail to deliver.
I can understand it if you have players with the ability to cut inside and bend it into the top corner, but we don't.
Chong doesn't score his goal and Bamford doesn't get his second if we hadn't swopped our wide players over.
Your opening post deserved a better reaction to it than the crap posted on here by some posters that I thought were quite intelligent when it came to talking about football.

Over the last 15 years, profiles like the left-footed right-winger (exemplified by Lionel Messi, Mohamed Salah, Bukayo Saka, and Lamine Yamal) have become some of the most sought-after and expensive assets in the global game.

Given that Wilder apparently has no plan B, I can only assume it was Chong and BBD who decided to swap sides.
Though if we had the players listed above we wouldn't be debating about which side they were playing on.

Or would we?
