Forwards that chased lost causes, overlapping fullbacks and finally we didn't just stop playing once we scored. Porter was emmence and links up brilliantly with Miller

Finally we have put in a performance that was more like our cup win over County.

We have all been saying the goals are there within this team it was just about getting the width and delivery right.

Now is the time for United to start going up through the gears because on our day we do have the ability to see teams off in this league.

miller and porter do seem to work together well. could be a blessing in disguise kitson being out. if they form a good partnership, it gives us an extra option to change things around from the bench when kitson gets back in the team. danny having the confidence to change it around with 35 minutes left, instead of bringing miller on with 4 minutes left, has to be a huge help! not that im saying kitson walks straight back in, but youd expect him to get back in at some time.

The reason we won today is quite simply because we are the best team in the league. The change in lineup helped greatly. Blackman could work on the wing and Miller 2 goals in 1 start. Wilson finally made the change and it worked.

If Stevenage were the 3rd best team in the league before KO then we have absolutely nothing to worry about playing that way. No team in the league will accumalate more points than SUFC this year. They've been "cautious" lately, maybe down to the unbeaten run. Yesterday they played without fear and spanked one of the favourites for promotion.

I hear that Blackman played wide for Blackburn Reserves and in one of his Scottish spells. Whilst I wouldn't say he had a particularly good game yesterday, his deliveries from corners was a step above what we have seen this season. For me, putting Miller up front was vital. His movement off the ball is much better than Blackman, he plays much closer to his playing partner than Blackman ever did and he is a natural finisher/poacher.
