The Blades knock QPR out of the FA Cup and after 5 games and 29 days in charge Paul Hart is sacked. Over the christmas period the Blades beat Preston north end and Alan Irvine is sacked. Are the blades the team you don't want to play to keep your job? Could the ginger one be next?

Paul Hart leaves QPR

How many managers have 'left their post' after we've played/beat them?

We got Alan Pardew sacked from Charlton in 2008 when we mullered them 5-2 at home.

Not that there's really much to compare against but how many managers have lasted just 5 games, with 3 of them against the same team ?

As some have pointed out round here, if you can't beat Sheffield United in 3 attempts you don't deserve to keep your job

Owen Coyle beat us 3 times and got rewarded with a season in the PL with two clubs!

You mean when we beat them at the Valley right? It was a great game...had to sit on the sides because I couldn't buy tickets from The United ticket shop because I didn't have a british credit card..

The best away game I have been to as of yet!

According to the Standard tonight, Hart wasn't sacked. He resigned because of Briatore's interference in team selection. Hart's lawyer supposedly rang the club and said "he's resigned, and if you have a problem with that we'll see you in court". I'm not sure whether the implication of that is that he expects to be paid the remainder of his contract.
