I believe neither will be completed within the year to be honest, because we all know the Hammers will be appealing. However the takeover has been going on since January and looks to have no sign of a resolve.

As much as I don't think we'll get anywhere near £30mil and as much as I think WHU will try and fight their cause to delay matters... I just can't believe Sheffield Wednesday have the nous the finally sort anything out with regards to a takeover.
