Did you watch the game? What was the routine? Put a decent ball into the box away from keeper and aim for a 6 foot 5 inch striker or was it something more revolutionary
YesDid you watch the game?
Yet dont know what the threads about?
I don't understand how revolutionary the corner was it was a ball in aimed at the tallest player on the pitch and they have their 3 best defensive headers of a ball out, other than that what was revolutionary what have we reinvented?Yet dont know what the threads about?
We have.I'm pretty sure we've tried the same routine a few times before this season
Yes mate that’s exactly the corner the threads about… deary meI don't understand how revolutionary the corner was it was a ball in aimed at the tallest player on the pitch and they have their 3 best defensive headers of a ball out, other than that what was revolutionary what have we reinvented?
Oh u meant the massively deflected one yeah whoever came up with that is an absolute genius, we will play short then someone plays it across box dummy it and have a shit shot and hope for a massive deflectionYes mate that’s exactly the corner the threads about… deary me![]()
What’s the deflection got to do with anything? The thread is about a corner routine that has come from the training ground, for some very strange reason you thought this was not about that corner but a normal cross into the box from a corner. You must be literally the only person in the world who didn’t know which corner the OP meant.Oh u meant the massively deflected one yeah whoever came up with that is an absolute genius, we will play short then someone plays it across box dummy it and have a shit shot and hope for a massive deflection![]()
No I was happy with the result I just don't think the corner routine was new or particularly well executed and I can guarantee if we lose the play off final to an identical goal no one on here will be praising the execution of the corner from a coaching / training ground perspective it will be cooper saves that without the deflection all day longWhat’s the deflection got to do with anything? You seem very unhappy on our excellent win tonight, chin up eh.
Where’s the praise? Not seen anyone praise it or making out it was anything special, the OP just asked a question who came up with it that’s all. Every knew which corner the OP meant, you didn’t have a clue and even seemed unhappy with the notion we could even have a corner routines then when pointed out which corner it was you start basically slagging it off, sound really gutted. No I was happy with the result I just don't think the corner routine was new or particularly well executed and I can guarantee if we lose the play off final to an identical goal no one on here will be praising the execution of the corner from a coaching / training ground perspective it will be cooper saves that without the deflection all day long
Yeah fair enough the op asking who the mastermind behind it was led me to belive that it was praiseworthy, and o hares earrings are hilarious and I stand by that and even the sky presenters mentioned themWhere’s the praise? We just won and you come on and start a thread digging a players earrings out of all things then move onto basically slagging what you deem as shit corners and lucky goals. Chin up eh things will get better for you![]()
Whoever was aiming for Moore when Hamer scored* missed him by an absolute fucking mile. What was the routine? Put a decent ball into the box away from keeper and aim for a 6 foot 5 inch striker or was it something more revolutionary

Wilder namechecks Lester and Michael Collins in the post-match interview: (edit: ah, I see Berkshire Blade beat me to it alreadyI know it wasn't anything too complicated, but after Hamer's goal a couple of the players ran straight over to the bench to congratulate someone...and this time it wasn't Alan Knill.
I couldn't see from my seat in the New South Stand. Who was the mystery mastermind?

It ended up in back of the net, surely it can't be executed any better? No I was happy with the result I just don't think the corner routine was new or particularly well executed and I can guarantee if we lose the play off final to an identical goal no one on here will be praising the execution of the corner from a coaching / training ground perspective it will be cooper saves that without the deflection all day long
