I hope it's Freeman. I hope he's got the cojones to fight for his future at this club. If he's willing to do that he'll be a good player for us.

He clearly has talent but lost his way big time last year. Think rough love might be the way with him.

We could do without having to find a new right back on top of everything else

Could somehow see Hammond not starting any games for the first chunk of the season, and then having to be brought into the squad when someone's injured (because I highly doubt anyone's going to buy him), and against all odds go on to perform really well and stay in the first team.

Probably wishful thinking that we'll get anything out of his contract though.
