I believe the biggest problem we have within the club is communication.
If McCabe had come out and said we are going to cash in on our better players, get rid of the high earners, sign some free transfers and loanees and hopefully we may finish in the top half of the division but he didn't
According to reports we were to profile put bids in for Lita, Smith, McIndoe etc not sell the Kyles and have the third highest wage bill in the league
Everyone has high hopes of promotion and are disappointed with the tactics, free signings and loanees and getting increasingly frustrated by results

Try here. I'm not printing them, I'm not selling them, I don't make them, so don't sue the arse off me if you don't like them. I've had shirts from these before and they were fine. (Caveat emptor, ish.) When I get my commission of a quid per shirt from these two designs it will all go to Foxy and Linz for the running of the forum.

The way i see us, thats a good one

I see us as footballs equivalent of bi-polar.

Depending on the day we can either be brimful of confidence, have plenty of self-belief, refuse to lie down and when things like that come together we can be unbeatable. But on another day we are riddled with self-doubt when it counts, fear of failure, negativity, and seem to have developed a persecution complex (with good reason when it comes to the FA, Referees, etc).

The worrying thing is that from the sound of the fans, it's not manic on a weekly basis, or even a 48 hourly basis, but a 48 secondly basis.
