Enda Stevens for me. Started last season really well, but his consistency dropped throughout the season. If he doesn't show any improvement I would give Daniel Lafferty another chance on the left.

Leonard
Holmes
Lavery

I'm not sure Stevens will think he has anything to prove given he's started almost every game at LWB and there's been naff all moves to get him a proper back-up, let alone replace or challenge him.

Leonard and Holmes definitely.

Egan has to justify his price tag too.

Leonard I suppose.

I was expecting him to have a big pre-season but not happend for him here yet.

Evans for me. He looks like he has the potential to be a top quality midfielder, but then he loses concentration at the worst possible times and gives the ball away.

When Coutts is back he's going to have a battle on his hands

Leonard.
I think Stevens is ok it's not like United or many clubs for that matter have a history of having great left backs/lwb.
Evans' ( )
Coutts - will he be back to what he was?
If we don't get another striker 'over the line' it gives Lavery to stake a claim and I think he's got a chance if he gets the games.

Depends on two things:

a) Who's still here
b) Who Wilder's signed in the last 6 months but not yet had a chance to prove themselves

Leonard.

He's also the one I'd most like to do well. But I feel it would be at RCB and I really like Basham there, so I'm very very confused.

Holmes is the other one who has a lot to prove. Uphill battle for him though.

Lundstram for me.

I think people have become entrenched in their opinion of him. Either you he’s great or garbage. The reality is he’s somewhere in between that, and is at best an ‘average’ championship player as it stands. I feel he needs to step up to prove his worth as Coutts’ deputy.

I'd also say Leonard. I had high hopes of him last season but when he came in he wasn't as good as what we already had. Time to step up!

1) Stevens: Can he recapture his early season form?

2) Leonard: We've not really found out what he is yet - have we?

3) Coutts: Is he physically and mentally over his injury? Can he recapture his old form?

3)Moore:is he a top half Championship number one.

All of them.

Wilder has alluded more than once to the 'big time' attitude creeping in among the players.
Good players have to keep proving they're good every week. Those who can't or won't are of no use.

Agreed. He was far too inconsistent last season. Some decent performances immediately followed by terrible ones.

We had it on here too.

Some Billy Bigbollocks kid called Tyler kept strutting around like he owned the place, insulting all and sundry and slagging off everyone.

Fortunately he left (to go and support Wednesday I think), so we have much more sensible posters on here now.

You seem calm, level headed and fair minded Bashar Al Asaba, so I think you'll get on famously with all the other chaps.
