I'm not sure what people want him to say.
Football is a business and there aren't many CEO/Directors's come out and speak about performances/business plans etc etc.
We probably all spend a hell of a lot more money at supermarkets, but we dont call for the CEOs or directors to come out and explain why our food shops are getting more and more expensive (perhaps we should).
I get people are frustrated at the moment (understandably), but what do people want them to say????
They are probably embarrassed that they have not backed the manager until now, when last seasons loans and key players left or were sold weeks ago.
This is why I think Selles might get more time.
I'm not saying wether this is right or wrong.
What i do know is, if i was brought in to manage something and had things taken away from me and not replaced, but I was expected to give a strong output, I would not be expecting to be sacked (yes, i know football is a different business), but i would be putting pressure on the owners (which Selles did a couple of weeks ago).
I'm not defending Selles at all, but i do wonder if he may keep his job a little longer than most people think (possibly October).
Does he deserve that, with some of his rinse and repeat tactics/selections, probably not IMO.
