Wilder had 2 x CB's at Northampton and still pushed the full backs on. It all depends if he has 2 trusted CB's . I wouldn't trust any of them in a 2 as not a single one of them has true pace. There is a reason for the 3 now, but please don't forget, CW started with a 4-4-2 at the start of last season then changed it to a 3 when we were bottom.

If he is here long enough, it will become a 4 AFTER change of personnel. Finishing a disappointing 10th,11th or 12th this season may make his mind up that the 3-4-1-2 won't work in this division.
