Just out of interest who else from the Clough family has he employed apart from Duffield's finest newsagent?[/QUOTE
Also if you're going to put opinion and fact after every point (which is a bit flaky anyway) you could at least try to get them right.

We got to a play off semi final and a league cup semi final with virtually no centre halves. A distinctly average league one squad would be say, Gillingham, not us. That is clearly your opinion.

Bit picky that Picker.:)

How many cells does it take to create an agenda?

However I am genuinely interested - has Clough appointed more family than his brother?

Only his adopted family - his old team at Derby County. ;) Its in the genes though - his father trailed John McGovern with him from Hartlepool, to Derby, Leeds and Forest, Les Green from Hartlepool to Derby; trainer Jimmy Gordon and John O'Hare, Derby,Leeds and Forest; and Archie Gemmell and Colin Todd, Derby and Forest.:)

Clough coached the Sunderland Youth team before he became Hartlepools manager and John O'Hare was one of the Sunderland youth players. O'Hare was one of Clough's first signings when Clough became manager at Derby in 1967

Indeed.

the wording of the post was " employ a number of family and friends" ; the collective group is "family and friends" and he employs a number of them.
