We need to replace Bash and we need 2/3 new strikers.

We need Blackman.

We need a replacement for Fleck whose sale will fund the above.

I wouldn't write the back 3 off completely, JOC has been good this season imo but we definitely need to spend some money in that area, there's only so many saves Blackman/Moore can make...
