What a great season

My feelings about the season overall is that in the key final third of the season the players just didn't want it enough

That will be my overriding feeling and I can't get excited about next season because I think the players are in a comfort zone

Aug - Nov - played brilliant. Excelled beyond expectations. Great Derby win.
Nov - Jan - stuttered...... First signs of us not having That bit of class, or strength in depth. Couts injury finished our season .
Jan - didn't back the gaffer. Players and staff felt let down by the board. Dropping out of contention as a result .
Feb-May - massive disappointment. Rumblings from the top, through the manager, players and fans.
SAY WHAT YOU WANT, BUT MCCABE AND PRINCE HAVE FUCKED UP A REAL OPPORTUNITY IN TYPICAL BLADES FASHION . I for one won't forget this. Ironically in doing so, they've lost themselves about 200 million from our realistic chance of promotion. Idiots.

Call it tinpot but I'd take 4th bottom and a sheffield double every season for the rest of my life.
