'Memries' What a day

Late decision to drive to Northampton, no ticket, fall-back position to be up on the hill. Approached a group of middle-aged Northampton fans and asked if one of them would go and buy me one of apparently a few tickets in home end, and one of them obliged. Sat in North Stand amongst home fans in first half, then walked along half-built stand at half time to be as close to our fans as possible. Discovered several fellow Blades around me, most of whom got onto pitch after first goal. I was too slow and got held up by steward, had to return to my seat amongst home fans, now obvious I was a Blade, but steward invited me to go thro' barrier to join fellow Blades further along. Pitch at end - fantastic.

Fair play to Northampton's stewards/security people.

On their jackets it said FBI - 'Firm But Intelligent'.

They lived up to it! Just used common sense.

Brilliant, Northampton seem like a great club. Would love to see them challenge for promotion next year.
