Why are people so bothered that we may be only signing one and getting 2 or 3 on loan.
Yes we nay have not got multi millions but surely it the quality of the loan players that count.
It appears that Wilder wants Leanord, let’s hope he good but I’m fascinated to know the names of the loan targets
Surely it’s better to get 2 or 3 real quality loan signings to get us to the promised land rather than play well over the odds for average players.
Our most expensive signing Stearman has hardly been a raging success has he, not saying he’s no good but the loan signings probably have been better.
If we were to spend multi million (which I don’t think we have) the wages of the said players would probably unsettle the squad better get loan players that we could possibly sign in the summer just like Huddersfield did last year.

The key is to get 3 or 4 real quality players. If that’s more achievable in the January window with loans then so be it. I’m not fussed about the means just the quality.

I still think we only need a striker, a mobile / athletic centre mid and another midfielder who can pass the ball.

I couldn't care less whether they are permanents, loans, freebies, whatever just wanted they are ready to go straight into this team if required. CM being the priority, then some more pace and then a RWB who us going to last the season.

Anything else is a bonus.

If we had spent say £10 on Rhodes last year, would that shut the moaning twats up?

Of course not, it wouldn't be 'enough' and McCabe would have 'no ambition'.

Spending other people's money really isn't that difficult and paying £25 every other week gives you the right to demand McCabe puts another £20m in.
