And won easily. Millwall never threatened. I was surprised at the strong line up. Ndiaye looked disappointed at being subbed. All the players up for it. Good to see. We all got it wrong saying play a second string. Delighted. No reason we can't have a run in the Cup and finish in automatic spot. Well done Hecky. Jebbo my motd.

Pleased for Jebbison and good to get him minutes sharpness and a goal.

Surprised we didn't see more youth. We played a stronger side than I thought we would.
Is hecky using it to get little extra money for a loan perhaps?

If we get autos don't mind a cup run but can't help but feel the extra matches and distraction won't help if we progress much further.
Personally I'd be ok to go out next round. Unless of course we draw the lot up road then we can go out round after.

I thought the same. Man City/ Liverpool or Man U at home might be useful for a few quid. If not, back to a Grand National draw for the fans to try and pay for a loan for someone.

Went for it and won earlier in the season.
Stopped going for it a few weeks ago and still won

I'd still rather we went for it and won though

Playing them away would be more lucrative if we're only in it for the cash

Why are they going to get in the next round ?

Look at our history we have always been better when we played strong teams in cup games

Clearly looked a better team than Millwall who have a very good home record. For a team in the playoff positions they looked very poor it looked like they were not bothering to show up or get their hair wet.

The only downer for me was that we were very unadventurous with ours subs. It was an ideal opportunity to see Coulibaly and Brooks for 20 minutes, yet we brought them both on at 89 minutes. What was the point? We learned nothing about the fringe players

Agree

A lot of us were close to throwing in the fa cup towel and predicting a weak defeat

However - we know fk all and none of us manage the team - again - thank fk
Me included... Luckily I don't manage Sheff Utd 🤣

All very well saying that but suppose they get one back 5 minutes after they come on? We're then trying to hold on for the last 20 minutes with a very inexperienced midfield.

If we'd got the 3rd goal I think we'd have seen the 2 young lads a bit earlier.

Yes, I understand where you're coming from, but bringing them on at 3-0 teaches us nothing either. We'd be playing keep-ball and the opposition would have given up. Seeing as Coulibaly is essentially a defensive midfielder, I would have thought 70 minutes would be the ideal time to bring him on - if they rattle a goal in let's see what he's made of.

I'd have preferred an away win in 6 weeks time at Millwall over today.

We could make it through the next round, if we avoid the biggest league one giant killing super team of superstars in the draw 🤣🤣

Think Rowett and fans were happily to let us feel confident about an easy win that should have produced more goals given their lack of FA Cup effort.

Beware the ides of February when it matters to their play-off aspirations and we are reeling from takeover speculation and the JTW!

A week in football is a long time, six weeks is a lifetime.

I think you'll find one poster who does.
I 'll give you a clue, he claims to have a UAFA A coaching badge.
He s a big fan of Sean Dyche
He makes his own team selections.
