Actually, you just keep pretending you're "right". That's the reality. And oddly, not many people agree with you. (They may not agree with me either but to quote a sage, "there's no blood in the water".)

You misrepresent the situation as to Danny and myself as well.

There are plenty of non sharks expressing their views on your desperate attempts to convince others of your quality. The only one fooled is yourself.

Can't be arsed. I'm not getting drawn into this bullshit. I've made my comments and if you don't like it, fair enough. I don't intend becoming part of your vanity project.
 
The reason nobody takes a stand against these characters is plain for anyone to see.

Quality posters leave the forum time and again. Posters who have the ability to think originally,provoke debate and explore ideas.

Most change starts as an idea that is unpopular initially. Most radicals were thought idiots initially.

Diversity and diversity of opinion is the lifeblood of any forum, any community. Tolerance and respect are essential for progress and learning.

Some posters on here have no pride in what they write. Quite the opposite in fact; they love to dish out dirt and act outrageously.

When I have finally gone they will turn on other members. They want the whole playing field to themselves. When they've achieved that they will turn on each other.

As Sean once told me ' you do not drop your standards' and I don't that often. Unfortunately the hurly-burly draws everyone into poor behaviour from time to time and I regret that on odd occasions.

If nothing else has been achieved, I'll never again complain about off season posts about kits, Billy Sharp being over the hill, McCabe is a Cnut....

At first it was amusing, then bewildering, now it's just painful...

The irony of complaining about threads being hijacked by 'sharks' then donning a shark suit and hijacking your own thread is actually a work of parady genius. In fact I take it all back... WWF you are a genius!

So after posting three examples of your "insight" (parts of which, I rightly described as "arrant nonsense". ) You, l believe the term is, move the goalposts.

Do you really believe you are "right" and the voice of reason and quality, despite the many many comments challenging that?

As an advice giver yourself, you may wish to think about these childish nonflounces you are so fond of. You can see the reaction yet you continue.

Please feel free to have the last poor me word - more likely many many words we've already read umpteen times - as far as I'm concerned anyway, and then carry on as a forum member. Which you will do regardless.

Not wanting to in any way getting embroiled in this clearly personal matter, but as a general forum etiquette point I think it’s extremely poor form to publicly disclose messages communicated privately. That goes for any poster on the forum.

Even though the public utterances are totally different?

Just a relevant and meaningful point of fact expressed in general terms, not word for word.

All these months since March 2017 I have kept my counsel and it's not been easy believe me.
