No promotion, dodgy as fuck owner, unless he pulls out because of it and leaves Prince in charge. Either way we're fucked. Ndiaye - gone. Anel - gone. Berge - gone. McB - probably gone. Egan - probably gone. Man City lads - gone back. No money to bring anyone new in. The future looks bleak chaps, the future looks very bleak indeed.

I don't think Anel will be gone. He's not exactly set the league alight in 2023, his main contribution has been lack of discipline in picking up cards. He's gotten worse as the season has gone on and looks a shadow of the player we signed. Who's going to sign him? I'm not saying he's crap, but I think he's over rated by our fans while opposing fans don't say much about him.

Bit doom and gloom but probably warranted. Not sure how they managed to play worse in the second half.

Did we even test the keeper once?

What a fannie !

Dozy won't be owner. As if. He'll have only ever been interested in owning a PL club, and all the status and prestige that goes with it

So I expect we'll be stuck with the current chump, with his even chumpier 5 year contracted manager remaining to oversee the Blackwellian decline period

They can all xxxx xxx after today's performance.... absolutely clueless.

Wait but won’t we get money from actually selling those players? If we don’t go up. “No money to buy new players”. We should have 50 mill plus if Ndiaye, Anel etc all leave

The club needs a total reset.
New owners who actually care about the club and get involved.
New Management team.
New recruitment team.
New formation (ditch the outdated 5 at the back)

Apart from we are 2nd in the league and pushing for promotion to the prem, where you are correct, we could possibly upgrade on all those you mention, but personally, I would keep Ndiaye and Anel, and also put a bid in for Doyle.

The money we get from selling them will be used to pay the bills. We haven’t got enough money to pay the bills at the moment so it’s either get an owner to pump more in or sell players.

I'm as disappointed as any in todays performance and I am worried a bit.

But we are still currently sitting in 2nd spot. It's up to the players and management to change this narrative again from a team that is faltering with results to one that is back in form with them.

What I'm saying is, don't throw the towel in. Sounds like Boro could have been 2-0 down had a goal not been ruled out for offside which was 60 seconds before they equalised. That makes a tougher to come back from.

Narrative has nothing to do with football. it's something people use on their boring bullshit social media accounts.
