Brayford, Fleck both even share the same spelling of my name John
It's a shame, otherwise you could've shared the other spelling with the legendary Jon Newby.

I had so many constructive things planned this evening and yet I find myself trying to come up with the all time greatest Andy v Steve Blades team.
I guess maybe mine would have been Foulkes
Smith & Kuhl
Montgomery.
Pikey! Can't believe you missed Pikey!
Gary Madine?
As a proud Dick, I have always felt that Richards have been underrepresented in United teams. Glad to have Richard Stearman representing us Richards next season.
There was Richard Edghill and I am struggling to come up with others since I started supporting the Blades in 1980.With you on that one. As another proud Dick, we are criminally under-represented in Blades teams!
Despite a common first name I can't think of any well-known Blades who share it.
A quick run through the wiki list of players with over 100 appearances turns up Boyle, Johnson and Sampy, all around the 1920s/30s. Tom Hoyland, from 1949-61, seems to be the most recent.
I demand Wilder finds me a Blades namesake and gerrimin immediately!
The finest moustache ever to play for the Blades. And the Heff, Tom Heffernan.

Clift, Brewster?
LittlejohnDon't think there's ever been any United players/managers called Small. The nearest I get is Alan Wright.
