Yes agree 100% we can't change the players and transfer windows now dictate when we can sign players unlike the Bassett era, so I feel the only thing we can change is the manager but get a long term one , we are down forget this season it's done completely we all expected relegation if we are honest , but let's try and give a young manager a chance , I don't know who but I honestly think had we kept Slav we would be in a better league position

The problem is any young, ambitious Manager will look at the mess above and steer well clear.
Best option is to get in a more organised and motivating coach until the end of the season.
Hopefully we'll then get new owners in who can start a proper rebuilding job.
