Overhaul should have been done a while back by trusting video footage of most if not all games and being ruthless in identifying the problems to prevent situations like this occuring and many more in the future if we don't act quick, but have we left it too late again? We've given 'clean slates' despite all the evidence suggesting where we needed to improve, whilst having fingers crossed and hoping that the same players (vast majority) that finished 20 pts off promotion last season will miraculously become new ones. Only to realise first game in that, surprisingly, they arn't.

They wasn't good enough before and they still arn't now.

Possible Outs: Long, Howard, McEveley, McFadzean, Alcock, K.Wallace, Baxter possibly, I could go on..
Required incomings: 1 GK, 2 CBs, and possibly another midfielder.

Probably too late now. This needed to be done months ago. Let's hope we can get busy in the transfer market and fast.

FYI: This is not panicking, this is humiliation and our fans deserve better.

I'm all for giving the team a clean slate, getting Collins back in central defence was always going to be a risky move but hey it was tried and failed in our first competitive match. On your players that you want out its going to be difficult to say the least to get rid of any of them, unless another club shows interest, we need to bite the bullet and get the players we need in first waiting to offload players we don't want could see the first quarter of the season disappear and any chance we may have had of getting out of this god forsaken division. What a crock of shit. Would love to have heard Colin at half time - bit different to Nige I imagine.
What are we doing employing these total no hopers?

Agree. Baxter gets to stay - just.
